Yoga has been part of my life for over eight years and has become one of the most powerful tools for helping me reconnect with my body, challenge myself mentally and physically, and create balance through movement.
My teaching style blends strength, mindfulness, breath, mobility, and intentional movement to help you feel grounded, empowered, and present. I enjoy teaching vinyasa flow while still creating space for nervous system support, self-connection, and mindful movement.
Whether you're newer to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, my goal is to create classes that leave you feeling stronger, more connected, and more at home in your body.

Private 1:1 Yoga Sessions
One-on-one yoga sessions personalized to your goals, experience level, and needs. Sessions may focus on strength, flexibility, mobility, stress relief, confidence in movement, mindfulness, or building a consistent yoga practice.
Private Group Yoga
Private yoga experiences for small groups, events, wellness gatherings, bridal parties, community events, and more. Classes can be customized from energizing power flows to slower grounding practices depending on your vision and experience level.
